We are happy to share that Abhishek Thakur, Assistant Professor, Department of Social Work , University of Delhi have received the National Award for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities/Divyangjan) for the year 2022. This award is in the category of Individual Excellence – Shresth Divyangjan. The award was conferred to him by Honourable President of India on 3rd December 2022. It is a recognition of the work he has done for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.
